WALKING WOUNDED
Living with a wounded heart, on my best day there's a part that bleeds and cries and misses you. That keeps me up the whole night through.
I can't escape, I wouldn't try. If all the world should pass me by. I'll be here waiting patiently until they send you back to me.
Do not wonder, never fear, whether or not I'll be here. My life is yours for good or ill. No matter how long, I'll be here still.
For all the men who just don't have the words I'd like to say a heartfelt thank you to the "Ladies in Waiting" who give our incarcerated brothers hope and a home to come back to.
