Absolutely -- there's just so many ways this thing could be used abusively.
Say someone smokes some weed while camped at Sturgis; say good bye to Glencoe and/or the Buffalo Chip. Ditto the Redwood Run out here in California, which is held on private property.
How many times have you smelled pot smoke at a rock concert? Busted.
Renaissance Fair? Gay Pride Festival? Motorcycle swap meet -- heck, any kind of swap meet! Even POLITICAL RALLIES -- and I suspect the Powers That Be might be especially interested in screwing with the Libertarian and Green parties.
This thing is *obscene* in the true sense of the word.
